Unless your order is incorrect (base/color), I do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. If your order is incorrect, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Yarn must be in its original condition with original twist and tag/band for a return.
If your yarn is damaged in shipping please take photos of the original packaging. As I do not keep stock of the monthly boxes I cannot guarantee I will be able to replace the yarn with the same color/dyer, but I will work with you to resolve the issue.
